			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This western red cedar fence was constructed 3-5 years ago.    The fence was never treated with any wood preservation product.  Within a year, the natural color of the  of the wood has faded and started to turn gray.  When a fence starts to turn gray, it is exhibiting the first signs of decay.  The first step in our process is to restore the natural beauty of the wood by removing the gray.</p>
